occt-js / Open CASCADE Technology notice

Navo3D currently uses the tx-code/occt-js bridge pinned at commit
ad8ffb6007eb3fd25179232f291b626d6e78a195 (engine label in Navo3D:
"occt-js 0.1.14-dev @ ad8ffb6").

The occt-js project states that its bridge code is licensed under GNU LGPL
version 2.1 to maintain compatibility with Open CASCADE Technology (OCCT).
The bridge links against OCCT. The current Navo3D worker identifies OCCT 7.9.3
through this pinned bridge distribution.

The full GNU LGPL 2.1 text is included as LGPL-2.1.txt. The Open CASCADE
exception is included as OPEN-CASCADE-EXCEPTION.txt.

Before commercial launch, NavoFlo should self-host the exact JavaScript/WASM
artifacts used by Navo3D, publish the corresponding source/build information,
and preserve a practical replacement/relink path for the LGPL component.
